1. What we collect

• Account data — your email address and basic profile info, handled by our authentication provider (Clerk) when you sign up.
• Usage data — the tokens you analyze or watch, feature usage counts, and credit/billing history, so the Service can function and enforce plan limits.
• Payment data — the public Solana deposit address we generate for you and the on-chain transactions to it. Blockchain transactions are public by nature. We never see or store card numbers or bank details.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used for security and debugging.

2. What we do with it

We use your data to operate the Service: generating reports, tracking your watchlist, metering paid usage, sending service notifications (for example low-credit emails), and preventing abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Service providers

We share data only with the processors needed to run the Service: authentication (Clerk), email delivery, hosting/infrastructure, and AI model providers that process token data (not your personal details) to generate analysis. Each provider receives only what it needs.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use only functional cookies/local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember interface preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep account and billing records while your account is active and as required for accounting and security. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us; on-chain transaction history cannot be deleted because blockchains are immutable.

6. Security

Sensitive material such as wallet keys is stored encrypted, and access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password for your account.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us through the app to exercise them.
