1. About MemeAssist

MemeAssist ("the Service", "we") provides AI-assisted, on-chain analytics for Solana tokens — including token reports, watchlists, alerts and related tooling. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not financial advice

All content produced by the Service — scores, reports, alerts, AI commentary, and any other output — is informational only and is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, or investment adviser. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. See the Risk Disclaimer.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to circumvent usage limits or payments, or use it for unlawful activity.

5. Paid features and credits

• Some features require prepaid usage credit ("credits"), topped up in USDT on Solana to a deposit address we generate for you.
• Credits are consumed per action at the prices displayed in the app, which may change over time; the current prices always apply.
• Credits are a prepayment for Service usage. They are not an investment, deposit account, or e-money, carry no interest, and are non-transferable.
• Blockchain transfers are irreversible. Send only USDT on the Solana network to your deposit address — funds sent as other assets or on other networks may be unrecoverable.
• If a paid action fails on our side, the corresponding charge is automatically refunded to your credit balance.

6. Fair use

You may not scrape, resell, or systematically extract data from the Service, reverse engineer it, disrupt its operation, or use it to harm others. Free-tier usage limits exist to keep the Service available to everyone.

7. Third-party data

Reports rely on third-party and on-chain data sources that may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or AI-generated output.

8. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount of unused credit in your account at the time the claim arose.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
