Two scores answer different questions
The Overall Health Score (0–100) summarizes market and ownership strength. The separate Rug Risk Rating highlights malicious or catastrophic-risk characteristics. A token can be weak without being a confirmed rug, or appear active while carrying severe deterministic warnings.
Evidence behind the score
MemeAssist evaluates six categories: liquidity, holder distribution, creator behaviour, wallet activity, trading patterns and historical risk indicators. Scores sort risk; they do not predict winners
In the published 1,464-token 24-hour outcome study, tokens with health scores of 60+ averaged +5.2%, while those below 40 averaged −5.0% and were five times more likely to lose half their value. That is evidence of risk separation, not a promise about any token.
