Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data — your email address and basic profile info, handled by our authentication provider (Clerk) when you sign up.
• Usage data — the tokens you analyze or watch, feature usage counts, and credit/billing history, so the Service can function and enforce usage limits.
• Payment data — the public Solana deposit address we generate for you and the on-chain transactions to it. Blockchain transactions are public by nature. We never see or store card numbers or bank details.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used for security and debugging.
• Optional analytics data — if you consent, Google Analytics collects page views and basic device and interaction information so we can understand how the website is used.
• Optional advertising and measurement data — if you consent, Google may use advertising storage and data for ad measurement and personalisation, and OpenAI may measure checkout starts attributable to ads shown in ChatGPT.

2. What we do with it

We use your data to operate the Service: generating reports, tracking your watchlist, metering paid usage, sending service notifications (for example low-credit emails), and preventing abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Service providers

We share data only with the processors needed to run the Service: authentication (Clerk), payment processing, email delivery, hosting/infrastructure, and AI model providers that process token data (not your personal details) to generate analysis. Each provider receives only what it needs. If you accept optional analytics or advertising and measurement, Google acts as an analytics or advertising provider and OpenAI acts as an advertising measurement provider.

4. Cookies and local storage

Necessary cookies and local storage used for security, authentication, sessions, payments, and core functionality are always active and are not optional. The Google tag loads in Consent Mode with analytics storage, advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalisation denied by default. Google may receive limited cookieless consent and diagnostic signals while consent is denied. You can independently allow analytics and advertising/measurement in Cookie preferences; the advertising choice controls advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalisation together. The OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel is not loaded and sends no checkout events unless you allow advertising and measurement.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep account and billing records while your account is active and as required for accounting and security. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us; on-chain transaction history cannot be deleted because blockchains are immutable.

6. Security

Sensitive material such as wallet keys is stored encrypted, and access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password for your account.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us through the app to exercise them.
